Škoda, in partnership with the AA, have teamed up to provide you with roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When calling for assistance, please ensure that you have the following information to hand:
• Your name and location
• Your Škoda's registration number and colour
• A phone number through which you can be contacted

Breakdown cover that's a cut above the rest
24 hours roadside assistance every day of the year. Our number one aim is to fix your car. But if it can’t be fixed we will take it to the nearest Volkswagen Group approved bodyshop.
1 in 4 breakdowns happen at or near home, and Home Start gives you assistance in these situations. You’ll get all the benefits of Roadside at your home address.
24-hour English speaking helpline, emergency roadside repairs or towing to the nearest garage in over 40 European countries, plus onward travel options.
If we are unable to fix your car at the roadside or arrange a prompt local repair, we will recover you and your vehicle to a single destination of your choice within the UK.

Three years' cover
We're proud that our cars are consistently praised for their reliability out on the road. However, should you breakdown, we offer three years free roadside assistance for all our plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) and battery electric vehicles (BEV).
Towing an electric vehicle
While electric vehicles are extremely reliable , in the unlikely event that you break down, towing can cause damage. That's why Škoda Assistance will always look to fix your car at the side of the road where possible.
