Following the announcement of new lockdown 3.0 restrictions, we want to update our customers on a number of changes to our dealership operations and services during this period.
As always the safety of our staff and our customers remains our number one priority.
AFTERSALES OPERATIONS (Service and Parts) – OPEN AS USUAL FOR SERVICING, REPAIRS AND MOT.
SALES OPERATIONS – OPEN ONLINE AND BY TELEPHONE ONLY.‘CALL & COLLECT’ SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Under lockdown 3.0, effective Wednesday 6th January 2021, our physical sales showroom will temporarily close in accordance with Government guidelines.
However, we will remain open to handle your enquiries digitally or by telephone.
Our sales team will be on hand to assist you and handle all aspects of purchasing a new or used car. We can offer Zoom video calls, telephone appointments and organise finance from the comfort of your home.
If you have ordered a new vehicle for handover in January/February or if you order a vehicle digitally or by telephone during January/February, we offer a ‘call & collect’ service with a contactless and hygienic handover process from a designated outdoor area.
The wearing of a face covering for customers attending the business by appointment is mandatory. Please ensure you have this in place prior to arrival as in the interest of our staff and customer safety those customers arriving at the site without a face covering may be turned away.
