Allams offers a complete accident management service for you.

In the unfortunate event of an accident let us take the hassle away from you. Call our accident call centre and let them do the rest. We will contact and negotiate with your insurance on your behalf, we will repair your car using manufacturer parts, repaired by our approved bodyshop. We will also provide you with a car whilst your car is not driveable.

Will I get a courtesy car?

Of course! We have a full range of courtesy cars A, B & C grade including 5 door automatics, people carriers & light commercial vehicles. In addition through our partners, if the accident was not your fault, we can often provide you with a like for like replacement.

Will I get the same guarantee as I would from my Insurance company?

Yes! All of our work is guaranteed against poor workmanship and faulty materials for the lifetime of the vehicle whilst you own it. We have a strict ‘no quibble’ policy, we always believe the customer is king.

Will my premium be affected?

No. Your premium will only be affected in exactly the same way as if you had used an insurance company body shop.

Will the repair take longer?

No. The repair will take exactly the same length of time regardless of which bodyshop you choose.
